About

Chipping Norton Dental Implant Centre was established in 2002. Over this time we have enjoyed steady growth, which led us to move in 2008 into larger premises, just three doors down from our previous dental practice. Our new dental practice and dedicated dental implant centre, which is housed in an historic building that was once a British School and a recording studio, has undergone a major refurbishment with substantial investment in new surgery equipment, x-ray facilities and computer systems.

Our dedicated, established and loyal team is committed to providing superb, affordable dental care with a thorough yet gentle touch. We have worked hard to build up a reputation of excellence within the community.

We have five dentists at Chipping Norton Dental Implant Centre all of whom are passionate about their work and always strive to improve their knowledge in the ever-changing world of dentistry. Their approach is very informal and they welcome the chance to build a caring and genuinely friendly relationship with their patients.

Principal dentist Matthew Emmott BChD, MFGDP(UK)RCS, Dip Imp Dent RCS(ENG)  (GDC No. 67071) graduated from Leeds University in 1991. He has been involved with training other dentists for seven years. He was awarded the Diploma in Dental Implantology at the Royal College of Surgeons of England after studying for two years under the countries leading implantologists. This is the most well renowned Dental Implant qualification and is the Gold Standard for Dental Implant training and qualification. Matthew now limits his own clinical work to the placement and restoration of dental implants. He has been appointed lead implant clinician at four other specialist dental practices.

Ensuring your mouth remains spotlessly clean and completely free from plaque is the remit of our hygienist/ therapist Amy Hills, who qualified in Sheffield. After a session with Amy your mouth will feel unbelievably clean and fresh. She will teach you how to keep your mouth healthy between visits and free from the bacterial plaque that contributes to tooth decay, gum disease and bad breath.

Our team of dental nurses will make sure every visit is calm, relaxed and stress-free. They play a major role at the practice and are responsible for maintaining our strict cross-infection controls to ensure patients and the clinical team are fully protected. We have seven dental nurses: Tanya Botha, Charlie Pinfold, Jessica Tew, Kirstie Robson, Alice Peachey,  Stephanie Blake and Rebecca Burns.

The tough job of keeping us all in check falls to practice manager, Sara Gardner, who never fails to ensure the Dental Implant Centre runs smoothly. Patients soon become familiar with our receptionists, Kim Weller and Daisy Summers, with courteous attitude always making them feel welcomed and at ease.
